Inspire the next generation to love Jesus. Whether it’s caring for infants, welcoming new families, or leading fun activities, there’s an impactful role for everyone.
CALLING TEAM
Reach out to new guests to make them feel welcomed and part of the family. If you love connecting with people, this team is for you.
WORSHIP & PRODUCTION TEAM
Lead worship with your musical talents, run sound, work lights, or operate cameras to create an engaging experience in-person and online.
COMMUNICATIONS & SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM
Use skills like web development, photography, videography, and design to share the story of New Hope with our community.
OPERATIONS TEAM
This team makes it all happen behind the scenes, from safety to set-up and tear-down, helping Sundays run smoothly.
PRAYER TEAM
Prayer is the foundation of everything we do. Stand in the gap and be a prayer warrior for our church, community, and beyond.
STUDENTS TEAM
Pour into the lives of our middle and high school students through engaging activities and real connections as they grow in their faith.
CONNECTIONS & HOSPITALITY TEAM
Be the smiling face that makes everyone feel at home, serve coffee, and help create a warm, welcoming Sunday morning.

Help create a welcoming environment where people can focus on worship, whether monitoring entrances or working with our Operations Team.

No experience is necessary for most teams. We provide training, and you’re welcome to try a team to see if it’s the right fit before committing.
